Summary of My Selling Policies
Payment	Paypal, money orders, cashiers checks, all major credit cards. Payment requested within 3 days of purchase. Money orders that are mailed are OK, just let us know within 3 days that it has been mailed.
Fees	Indiana sales tax of 6% charged on all orders shipped to or picked up in Indiana.
Shipping	Most items include free shipping to 48 states, check listing for the FREE SHIPPING. . Large welders require truck shipment to your door. You must get them off the truck. We ship all items under 150# by DHL or UPS or USPS ground service. You can choose 2nd day or next day at additional charge, send email or call for cost. No PO Boxes or APO's. Alaska and Hawaii send email for freight cost.
Delivery	We will ship your item the same day or next business day after receiving payment. Some weekend and holiday purchases may go out on Monday or Tuesday do to heavy volumn. You will be notified immediatly if your item is on back-order. Some listing clearly list lead time for delivery, read carefully. Send email with complete address if outside of 48 states before purchaseing so we can send you a shipping cost. Hawaii and Alaska also shipped air freight, some larger welders by truck and ship.
Refunds & Returns	Our general policy is NO RETURNS. Many of our items are very heavy, shipping is expensive for us. We list and sell exactly what we list. We feel there is no reason to accept returns unless damaged in shipment. We insure all shipments internally. You can always call and we can discuss returns for reasons other than damage.
