WELDING SUPPLIES FROM IOC offers the following Returns Policy: As many of our items are very heavy and expensive to ship, if a product is received damaged, contact us immediately for repair; AS ALL SHIPMENTS ARE INSURED FOR DAMAGED OR LOSS.

We ask that you consider purchase carefully before buying. If you request a return for a reason other than damage, in most cases we charge the shipping both ways and a 20% re-stocking charge as the item cannot be sold as new again.
