WELDING SUPPLIES FROM IOC offers the following Returns Policy: As many of our items are very heavy and expensive to ship. If product received damaged, contact us for repair,  AS ALL SHIPMENTS ARE INSURED FOR DAMAGED OR LOSS. .

 We ask that you consider purchase carefully before buying, If you request return, for other than  damage, in most cases we charge the shipping both ways and a 20% re-stocking charge as items can not be sold as new again. PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE A $25.00 MINIMUM ORDER.>
