The ESAB Miniarc Rogue is a robust and durable power source capable of 180 amp output. This welder is a dual voltage, single phase unit, with arc force and hot start settings to help the user find the exact arc for the job. Being digital, the microprocessor precisely controls all functions and provides best-in-class welding performance across the amperage range of the machine. The Rogue is capable of using 5/32" electrodes (6000 series electrodes), and has a dedicated setting for 6010 rods.
The Rogue is DC TIG capable, however it will not TIG weld aluminum. Simply add a 9 or 17 series TIG torch with built in gas valve (50 mm) connection and you're ready to TIG weld. This unit accepts the w4014450 foot control if you would like variable TIG amperage control.

Great WelderTerry5This is a great little welder. And powerful. Great co to do business with, and quick shipping
AlGuest5I used this welding machine all day on 110 and welded 1/4 inch steel with 1/8 6011 and 7018 with ease so far so good compact light machine I love it!
Welder/hoodGuest5Great customer service and delivery time was quick. Highly recommend. Will be using again.
IncredibleWilliam K.5The unit has Hot start adjustment -10 to 10 and also has Arc Force adjustment -10 to 10. It is incredible the difference it makes, I almost never have a rod stick.
Great Company and product! Fastfloyd p.5Great Company and product! Fast Shipping as well. Thank You will do business again!
Nice little welder for tig.Bradley S.5Nice little welder for tig. Lift arc is good and it has some sort of down slope when pulling out. So far I really like it
Great little machine, the electrodeJack M.5Great little machine, the electrode holder fell apart but once i got over the panic/mad stage, it was easily fixed and the machine is working great for what i use it for!!!
This is a great littleAlan D.5This is a great little stick welder that does lift arc. It burns every rod I've thrown at it including 6010 (Lincoln 5p+), 6011 (Lincoln 180 and Forney), 6013 (Hobart), 7014 (Lincoln) and 7018 (Lincoln Exacalibur MR).
This welder also does lift-arc tig and the pedal makes it very nice to use, provide amperage control over the arc.
I'm using a Lenco 250 amp stinger and a ground clamp I made myself with a Lenco DINSE 35, but the included accessories work well and I would place them a grade above most import stingers and ground clamp.
I'm using a CK 17V Flexhead valve torch for tig with an SSC pedal. This is a great little welder that will run nicely on a 30 amp 240v circuit.
MiniArc RogueRobert H.5This welder is A+ machine. Welds very smooth but just a little hot so adjust your amps accordingly. Haven"t tig welded with it so can"t speaker about that. but it sure can lay down a good weld. Very happy with my purchase. The people at IOC are A+ also. If you need a stick welder this is a good one.
Very easy to use andCal B.5Very easy to use and portable.
Finally got to run theHarold R.5Finally got to run the machine to repair a galvanized hay manger, it was really great to get such good performance from this welder at the end of a 100’ extension cord. Ran a 3/32” 6010 flawlessly.
It is a great littleMathew A.5It is a great little welling machine I just wished it come with the tig set up. i am very pleased with what I see from it
Home fabricator/ neighborhood fix it guy.Fred K.5This is a full service machine for it’s size. Bought mine with foot pedal. Only downfall is I can’t get a soft cover for it. The rogue has hot start and arc force settings and It will weld most everything I throw at it. Just a great machine overall!
Very impressedMacko5I used it with some 7014 1/16 rods to weld up some thin metal on a fender, it was actually better than my mig. I also have a great torch and foot control.. Tig is very nice. I can say I dont think the foot control is as necessary as I thought for tig. If your off a little on amps just go faster or slower, maybe easier than my foot control..
Good stuffDouglas Y.5I haven't used it yet. I used an older model at work with a dial instead of digital adjustor and it has more power than the Miller Maxstar 150. I Use a Miller Maxstar 161 digital at work now and it is awesome. I expect this to run stronger than the blue 161 at a lower price. I like that the cord is permanent out of the ESAB where the 161 Miller has a port similar to a generator sub panel with a plastic release clip. That may be good for transporting; but not necessary...less parts to break.
The machine is great, I'mRuben A.5The machine is great, I'm impressed. I ran it off a generator with a 50 foot cord and it worked fine. Smooth and strong. Happy with it.
