Excellent tool, Terrible usability (for one reason only)James I.4So first let me start off by saying the website here did an amazing job with everything, that this is not their fault at all, and this would be a 5 star review without a doubt if Hypertherm would get the stuff together.
If you are going to charge top dollar for something that probably only cost them a few bucks, maybe 20-30 at most i would think, and that is actually a pretty complex part because of all the different adjustments and settings you can choose from. I would think they would include some sort of DIRECTIONS or diagram that shows what things are, and what things do. BUT NO, not a single piece of documentation to be found anywhere. Not in the box, not online and not even from Hypertherm themselves. I only paid around 70 bucks for this thing because i had so many points saved up (and there gone now!!), so i can't imagine what i would feel like if i paid the full 140.... Just super disappointed that a company like Hypertherm (which i really like) would do something like this. My 45xp came with a beautiful manual that is very descriptive and explains things perfect, so for a very adjustable piece like this bevel guide NOT to come with something is kinda sad. I dont know, maybe im over reacting. I can still kinda use it but it doesn't feel like im doing it right.
ANYWAYS, long story short. Awesome purchase experience, awesome quality in the part itself. Just be prepared to try and figure everything out yourself.
