A powerful multiprocess MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Cored and Gouging machine, the Lincoln Ranger 305G Welder Generator w/EFI is ready to take one anything you can throw at it. The EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) is a great feature of this machine, making sure it starts in cold weather.

Kohler Gasoline Engine:
• 25 HP EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) for easier starts in cold weather.
• Lower fuel use
• Electric fuel pump to avoid vapor lock at high altitude operation.

Multi-Process Welding
• Excellent DC multi-process welding for general purpose stick, downhill pipe (stick), TIG, cored-wire, MIG (CO2 and mixed gas) and arc gouging.
• Only compact gasoline welder in North America rated at 29V for 300 amps of stick or CV welding.
• CV wire welding with up to 5/64 in. (2.0 mm) diameter electrodes.

Digital Weld Meters
• Digital weld meters for amps and volts makes it easy to precisely pre-set your procedures and monitor actual welding output.

Superior Arc Performance
• Lincoln Chopper Technology provides easy starts, a smooth arc, low spatter and excellent bead appearance.

Peak Single-Phase AC Generator Power for Motor Starting
• 10,500 watts peak for motor starting
• 9,500 watts continuous for high capacity needs such as a back-up generator, powering a Lincoln Invertec inverter welder. Also use for lights, a grinder or other power tools.
• AC generator voltage is constant at 120V or 240V at any weld dial setting.

Skewed Rotor Design
• Skewed rotor design provides AC power suitable for operating Lincoln Electric inverter power sources. Lincoln Electric was the first in the welding industry with this feature.

Rugged Reliability
• Welding and AC Generator Outputs rated at 104°F (40°C).

3 stars - "305 G efi" Lincoln has made a few changes to this model compared to the previous 305G but I'm not sure are good changes. The top access panel no longer is as big as the old, one the battery compartment is more cheaply made, and some electrical components are just zip tied to the engine. I did not like that and I do not like the exhaust extension it is a funnel for water to go down into your muffler but if it runs like the old 305G I will be happy. I got 5396 hrs out of the old one and it still running and being used. All in all pretty good product. They need a wireless remote welding with this machine it makes very nice welds. The arc is crisp; it runs wire well and stick welds good and air arcs nicely. I also do not like the new fuel gauge/hour-meter on the old one they used to be two separate gauges.
