Miller's 70 series wire feeders are standard, simple feeders for most heavy-industrial applications, with the 74D providing increased accuracy and control of the most common weld parameters. The MPa Plus model adds push-pull aluminum capabilities & is optimized when using with Miller's Invision MPa or XMT MPa power sources.

Processes:
• MIG & Flux-Cored
• Pulsed MIG (with MPa Plus feeder and optional MPa power source)

70 Series Features:
• Wire feed speed range is 50 –780 IPM -- This offers a wider operating range than the competition
• Trigger hold control allows operator to make long extended welds without having to hold gun trigger
• On-board burnback and motor ramp control offers unmatched starting and stopping performance on a variety of power sources. This helps to ensure positive arc starting performance
• 16-gauge sheet metal housing is robust in rough service applications and less prone to damage
• Toolless rotatable drive assembly allows operator to rotate the drive housing, allowing a straight path for wire flow
• Trigger dual schedule for easily changing weld parameters while welding (DX & MPa models only)

MPa Model Features
• Wire speed control
• Factory-set run-in control
• 24 VDC high torque, permanent-magnet motor
• Quick-change drive rolls
• Quick-release, drive-roll pressure adjustment arm
• Solid-state speed control & brake circuit
• Digital Meters - helps ensure accuracy when presetting & reading actual parameters
• Remote Voltage Control - allow you to set both voltage & wire feed speed at the feeder
• Adjustable run-in control
• Dual schedule control
• Trigger program select - ability to access any of the four active programs
• Sequence control
• Locks & limits - for restricting operator adjustments
• Four weld program memories
Alumination - ability to use the extended reach of a push-pull system
Synergic Pulsed MIG - as wire speed increases/decreases, the pulse parameters also increase/decrease to match the right amount of power needed
Trigger Schedule Select - quickly change schedules by quickly tapping the trigger, also allows user to switch between MIG to pulsed MIG by using the trigger tap
Profile Pulse - provides TIG appearance with MIG simplicity, frequency can be changed to increase/decrease ripple spacing to achieve desired appearance
Accu-Mate - properly seats the power pin for best feeding performance
