The Miller Multimatic 215 Auto-Set Multiprocess Welder (907693) is the latest offering in Miller's line of go anywhere, do anything machines. If you're a fan of Miller machines, you'll have noticed that they've gotten smaller and more powerful in recent years. The Multimatic 215 is based off the same smaller, lightweight inverter-based footprint of the recent Millermatic machines and will once again return Miller Electric to the dominant position among the multi-process options in the marketplace.

So far I've only done mig with it and everything is running smooth I like the auto set feature, definitely takes some of the guesswork out of things and makes it easier to be consistent. Delivery was fast, I received my welder in 1 week which isn't bad considering it went from Indianapolis to Seattle by ground during winter.

No liesGuest5I have used all 3 welding processes, and it actually does what the spec sheet says. It may look like a toy, but this little thing will weld 3\8 carbon or 5/16 ss. (High as Ive tried so far.) I have ran it 110 and 220 both on household supply and on generator power, and it will not pop a 20amp breaker. The spec sheet claims it needs 23 amps, and it may in some situations, but I have yet to see it pop the 20. My little 5000 watt Home Depot generator pushes it just fine.

The 215 is great, but IOC is even better.Guest5This welder is my first personal welder although I've welded with a giant Lincoln multi-process welder at a school. Having so far welded some 16 GA with flux core and with stick, I absolutely love this machine because any mistakes are mine alone. On another positive note, IOC (I.E. Dont even think about it....just buy it.James I.5So far I've only had this machine for a month or so but ive put around 8-12 hours or so on it. I was looking to go with this or the Lincoln 210MP and obviously ended up with this one. One of the main features i looked at, and one of the main reasons i went with this machine is the fan on demand feature. Yes, it may sound ridiculous but its SOOOO nice having that thing run only when your actually welding and when it comes down to it the Lincoln and this multimatic 215 are so similar that you have to look at the small things so thats what i did. It's amazing how easy it is to weld when you have that auto set feature on. Its pretty darn accurate as well so that means even someone like myself thats literally 100% self taught from doing research online and watching youtube vids, can weld like a champ with ease... There's so many pros to talk about this machine but i dont want this review to be any longer than it already is. Long story short, just BUY IT if your on the fence. I swear you wont be dissapointed.
