When Miller Electric releases a new machine, they don't just add another toy to the sandbox of options. When Miller Electric comes to market with a new machine, they create a whole new playground! The Miller Multimatic 215 Auto-Set Multiprocess Welder (907693) is the latest offering in Miller's line of go-anywhere, do-anything machines. If you're a fan of Miller machines, you'll have noticed that they've gotten smaller and more powerful in recent years. The Miller Multimatic 215 welder is based on the same smaller, lightweight inverter-based footprint of the recent Millermatic machines and will once again return Miller Electric to the dominant position among the multi-process options in the marketplace.

Dual solenoid: With the Miller Multimatic 215 multiprocess welder, you can leave your gases for both MIG and TIG hooked up, allowing you to easily switch between the two processes.

All-in-one Multiprocess Capabilities:
MIG, TIG, or Stick. You choose! Take on a variety of tasks with one machine.

Easy-to-use color LCD Interface:
Set up is a breeze for all three processes with the LCD interface.

Up to 230 amps of Power:
The Miller 215 MIG welder is capable of welding up to 3/8-inch mild steel in a single pass.

Portable Convenience:
Weighing 38 pounds, the Multimatic 215 Miller welder has a small footprint and a whole lot of power.

Excellent Arc Characteristics:
Extremely stable arc with minimal spatter for less cleanup; Smooth-Start for consistently smooth MIG arc starts.

Smooth-feeding Wire Drive:
Angled wire drive and Quick-Select drive roll for smooth, reliable feeding and fast, no-hassle wire changes.

Multi-voltage plug (MVP):
Easily connects to common 120 V or 240 V power outlets; no tools required. Just choose the plug that fits the receptacle and connect it to the power cord.

Auto-Set Elite:
Fast and easy settings for multiple materials and processes to help you get welding quickly. Auto-Set Elite allows you to fine-tune weld settings while in Auto-Set mode.

Fan-On-Demand technology:
Power source cooling system operates only when needed, reducing noise, energy use and the amount of contaminants pulled through the machine.

Thermal overload protection:
Automatically shuts down the unit if airflow through the unit is blocked or the duty cycle is exceeded.

Auto Spool Gun Detect:
Automatically detects when a MIG gun or spool gun is connected, eliminating the need for a switch.
