The Black Stallion FR Shoulder Length Fleece Lined Winter Liner (WL350) has a flame resistant treated, 100% cotton twill outer shell and a heavy fleece inner lining. It's long, shoulder length cut can be tucked inside of your coat to help keep out the cold. This winter liner also has headgear straps and heat element pockets.
