CK Worldwide tungsten is the welder's choice for superior quality tungsten due to the mixing, compression, and doping of materials evenly blended throughout each stick. The 2% Lanthanated tungsten is the best general purpose electrode for both AC and DC using inverter or transformer based CC power sources. This tungsten is good for low alloyed steels, non corroding steels, aluminum alloys, magnesium alloys, titanium alloys, nickel alloys, and copper alloys. Lanthanated tungsten offers good arc starts and stability with medium to high amperage range and features a low erosion rate.
