The Miller 1880274 consumables kit offers a variety on replacement parts for your MDX 100 MIG gun. Miller AccuLock MDX series consumables are designed to maximize wire feedability and simplify consumables replacement.

These parts will not fit older M-100 guns or MDX 250 guns.

AccuLock MDX Features
Superior Feeding - The front-loading liner is centered and locked at both ends of the gun (without the use of set screws) to ensure smooth wire delivery to the contact tip. Plus, error-proof liner trimming ensures accurate replacement every time for reduced burnbacks, birdnests and erratic arc/wire chatter.

Long-Life Consumables - Tapered mating surfaces between the AccuLock contact tip and gas diffuser lock tips in place for maximized electrical conductivity and longer tip life.

Threaded Nozzle - Stays tight during use and cleaning due to the steel retaining ring on the diffuser.

Includes
• 10 .035 Contact Tips (T-M035)
• 1 Diffuser (D-M100)
• 1 Nozzle (NS-M1200C)
