Not only does the Millermatic 252 weld material from 22 gauge to 1/2" thick in a single pass, but it also has the highest output in its class and has infinite voltage control with self-calibrating digital meters. The line voltage compensation feature maintains constant power levels despite fluctuations in power input, ensuring consistent performance even with variations up to 10% and making it ideal for various MIG welding applications.

Auto Gun Detect
Miller’s Auto Gun Detect allows the operator to simply pull the trigger on an MIG gun, spool gun, or push/pull gun. It automatically detects and recalls the active gun's voltage, wire feed speed, and timer.

Features no tool, quick-change reversible drive rolls, and an easy-to-set, scaled tension knob.
EZ-Access Consumable Compartment and Parameter Chart.
The Spoolmate 200 saves time for the operator by eliminating the need to return to the machine to change the wire feed speed. The EZ-Access Consumable Compartment features a flip-down compartment for quick and easy access to important parameters and consumables, enhancing the device's efficiency.
Large Digital Front Panel with Built-in Digital Timers Menu
The large digital front panel menu allows the operator to preset the voltage and wire feed speed. It also includes a standard run-in, pre/post flow, burnback, and spot/delay (stitch) timer menu.
Push-Pull Gun Direct Connect
The Miller Millermatic 252 is compatible with the Spoolmatic 15A and 30A spool guns and the Spoolmate 200 Series spool gun. It features wire feed speed control on the gun, saving time by reducing trips back to the machine.
EZ-Change Low Cylinder Rack
Allows users to roll cylinders easily on and off the rack — no need to lift cylinders.
Larger Work Area
A longer 15-foot M-25 MIG gun allows you to reach more of your work without having to stop and move the machine.
