The Miller T94I-R supplied air system comes with a C50 air regulator that cools the incoming air to the hlemet up to 50 degrees. This SAR requires forced air from a central supply whereas Miller's other PAPR systems come with their own blower unit.

These SAR systems are highly sought after in environments where stainless steel fumes are present because they protect against hexavalent chromium and other alloy fumes. These systems have a well-balanced design which reduces torque on the neck, allowing easier use for all-day wear. The patent pending dualtec manifold system optimizes helmet balance and sound, while the 6-point air distribution system maximizes cooling.

The T94 SAR systems have clearlight lens technology which optimizes contrast and clarity in light welding states, easing eye strain. The shade 5.0 side windows maximize downward and peripheral visibility, improving sense of surroundings. These systems are equipped with a low-profile breathing tube attachment which eases the on/off process and the flexible tube material eliminates breathing tube snags in the work cell.
