The 3M Speedglas 9100 Welding Helmet with 9100XXi Auto-Darkening Lens (06-0100-30iSW) delivers advanced performance, visibility, and comfort for professional welders. While it may look similar to other 3M auto-darkening welding helmets, the upgraded optics in the 9100XXi lens provide noticeably enhanced clarity and color recognition.

Designed for MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, this helmet helps you see more detail in your work, allowing for better welding setup, improved technique, and more precise grinding and inspection. The enhanced visibility makes it easier to distinguish colors and edges, reducing eye strain and improving overall weld quality.

Convenient external controls give you quick access to grind mode and memory settings, so you can make adjustments without removing your helmet. Built for demanding environments, the Speedglas 9100XXi combines high-performance lens technology with user-friendly features to help you work more efficiently and accurately.

Features:

  • Two memory modes allow you to save personalized settings for dark shade, light-to-dark sensitivity, and dark-to-light delay

  • External grind mode activation for quick switching between welding and grinding

  • Improved user interface designed for easy operation and quick adjustments

  • Large viewing area (approx. 2.8" x 4.2") with the 3M Speedglas 9100XXi auto-darkening filter

  • Selectable shades 5, 8–13, plus a light state of shade 3 for clear visibility between welds

  • Adjustable delay function to control dark-to-light transition timing

  • Customizable arc detection sensitivity for different welding environments

  • Ergonomic, adjustable head suspension for improved comfort, stability, and weight distribution

  • Side windows (shade 5) to enhance peripheral vision and awareness
