Bernard AccuLock S Nozzle for MDX 250 MIG Gun (N-A5818C)
The Bernard AccuLock S consumables are designed to fit on Miller's new MDX MIG guns. The MDX guns can be setup for Miller's MDX consumables, however the Bernard S consumables give you increased durability and longer life when used in industrial applications.
These nozzles have a 5/8" opening and leave the contact tip sitting 1/8" recessed inside the nozzle. Nozzles are sold individually.
AccuLock Features
Superior Feeding - The front-loading liner is centered and locked at both ends of the gun (without the use of set screws) to ensure smooth wire delivery to contact tip. Plus, error-proof liner trimming ensures accurate replacement every time for reduced burnbacks, birdnests and erratic arc/wire chatter.
Long-Life Consumables - Tapered mating surfaces between the AccuLock contact tip and gas diffuser lock tips in place for maximized electrical conductivity and longer tip life.
Threaded Nozzle - Stays tight during use and cleaning due to the steel retaining ring on the diffuser.
