Royal 220-MIG will produce the highest tensile and yield strength on over 50 different kinds of steels. These include Tool Steels, Dies, Springs, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steels, Nickel Clad Steels, Pressure Vessels, Vanadium-Moly Spring Steels and Dissimilar Steels. Royal 220-MIG forms an extremely strong underlayment or pad prior to applying hard facing alloys. Royal 220-MIG is also used for rebuilding shafts and blades used in the chemical, construction and mining industries.
