Miller MDX 250 Acculock S .045 Consumables Kit (1880279)
The Miller 1880279 consumables kit offers a variety on replacement parts for your MDX 250 MIG gun. Miller AccuLock S series consumables are designed to maximize wire feedability and simplify consumables replacement.
These parts will not fit older M-25 guns or MDX 250 guns using AccuLock MDX consumables.
AccuLock S Features
Superior Feeding - The front-loading liner is centered and locked at both ends of the gun (without the use of set screws) to ensure smooth wire delivery to the contact tip. Plus, error-proof liner trimming ensures accurate replacement every time for reduced burnbacks, birdnests and erratic arc/wire chatter.
Long-Life Consumables - Tapered mating surfaces between the AccuLock contact tip and gas diffuser lock tips in place for maximized electrical conductivity and longer tip life.
Threaded Nozzle - Stays tight during use and cleaning due to the steel retaining ring on the diffuser.
Includes
• 10 .045 Contact Tips (T-A045CH)
• 1 Diffuser (D-MA250)
• 1 Nozzle (N-A5800C)
• 1 Nozzle Insulator (4623R)
