The Miller MobileArc welding system is an affordable, easy to use simulation tool designed to attract, engage, and introduce students to welding through a hands-on augmented reality experience. MobileArc allows students to learn independently, accelerating the overall learning process. This system can be used with the helmet, or just using the mobile device gun mount. MobileArc is designed specifically for the MIG process, allowing students to learn in 2F and 1G welding positions, and practice on T-joint, butt joint, and lap joints.

The mobile device contains an internal rechargeable battery and carries a 3 hour continuous runtime. This device will also run indefinitely when powered through the USB charging port. The welding gun is powered by a 9 volt battery and carries a continuous runtime of 70 hours.
