Miller has discontinued the Thunderbolt 160 as of June 2023. The suggested replacements are the Thunderbolt 210 (907722), Maxstar 161 (907709), or Hobart Stickmate 160 (500570).

The Miller Thunderbolt 160 (907721) weighs only 15 pounds, comes with 120/240 mutli-voltage plugs, and welds up to 5/16" mild steel.
