The XMT 400 with Intellx feeders offer scalable solutions with dedicated wire feeder options.  The Intellx elite feeder provides extra benefits over the pro feeder such as EZ-Set Versa-Pulse, EZ-Set High-deposition MIG, and EZ-Set RMD.  The Intellx Elite feeder also includes out-of-box programs for aluminum, nickel, and titanium.

These XMT 400 systems do not have ArcReach technology, rather they use ArcConnect cables so these systems are designed for fab shops and manufacturing.  If you need an XMT 400 with ArcReach for field work using an ArcReach feeder, you can view those machines here.

EZ-Set - simplifies parameter setup based on material thickness, removing complexity.

Accu-Pulse - offers a more forgiving arc and compensates for variations in operator technique, providing a wider operating window.

EZ-Set Versa-Pulse - fast, low heat, low spatter process for 1/4 inch and thinner material.  Great for gap filling and provides shortest arc length/lowest puls voltage for lower heat and spatter at higher speeds.

High-Deposition MIG - higher deposition rater than standard spray transfer on thicker materials.  Designed for welding applications in which spray transfer is preferred.

RMD - lowest heat process, best for gap handling and limited travel speed.
