The TBE-550 system is an economical, medium to heavy duty stainless steel weld cleaning system, capable of cleaning standard 308 or 316 stainless with moderate oxidation levels.  The TIG Brush Stainless Steel Weld Cleaning System utilizes a unique combination of electricity, heat and chemistry to deliver superior results in weld cleaning and metal surface finishing. The proprietary, conductive brush invented by Ensitech in 2004 and brought to market in 2008, applies a cleaning fluid to the work surface, producing an electro-chemical cleaning action with astoundingly fast and effective results.

These systems are offered with different torches.  The flexi torch offers a 360 degree flexible head for hard-to-reach areas.  The PROPEL torch features a T shape handle, offering a more natural hand position and reducing user fatigue.  The PROPEL Torch allows a single rotation of the adjustment control to either extend or retract the required amount of exposed brush, resulting in 3 times more brush life.
