DESCRIPTION

The Tweco Fabricator 3-in-1 211I MP Integrated Welding Package (W1004201) features MIG, Stick, and TIG welding capabilities; all in a portable package. It's the ultimate compact multiprocess welding system that can deliver from 10 to 210 AMPS of welding output power from 230 Volts input or 150 Amps from 115 VAC. Power like that is precisely how work gets done! Weighing less than 58 pounds it's the ideal choice for light to medium fabrication of steel, stainless steel and aluminum (MIG) across a wide range of user applications.

Great Home/Farm welder Bruce 5 I was shopping for a new welder and about to buy a miller 211 when I read the spec's on the 211i and felt it was a better machine for what I needed. The arc from this machine is so soft and smooth in SMAW mode even at 150amps I've welded with Thunderbolt 225 and 304 XMT and like the arc from this machine much more and the duty cycle is higher than other machines costing more. Made me a better welder right from the first rod, easy to use and set up. the MIG welding is smooth too, I've only tried GMAW so far not FCAW but don't think I'll ever need to weld flux core, this machine is so portable too, the 110v feature is nice I can weld up to 1/4" anywhere. this welder saved me a lot of money only having to buy 1 machine and not 2 separate welders for MIG and stick, the TIG is a bonus, that I never thought I would learn but with the TIG torch I learned it is not hard at all. Might buy the pedal next for convenience. For home shop, farm and hobby this is the best choice and will do everything the average user needs around the shop.

He has this at home and uses it on our things and says he would definitely recommend it and buy a new one if ever need be. Oh, he also says it's a reputable company or he wouldn't have bought it. They have a few items at his work from this company.

Good for the price Rbzmountain 3 It's a decent welder. I'm a long time Miller user (AWS and Mil-Std certified for 15+ yrs) and thought I would try this one out for the price and capabilities of an all in one machine. I think the Miller 211 auto-set has better feed and arc stability than this one. I find myself making minor adjustments to this machine as the duration of my welding increases throughout the day. The front panel is fragile, mine broke during shipment and this unit is not meant for transport by itself (no handle and the door is a floating hinge system with no actual hinges), so build or buy a cart. The side door is a little flimsy and the consumables (tips, cups, eyes) are not the same as a standard Lincoln or Miller. Bottom line, it's decent for the price, but not as user friendly and durable as Big Blue (Miller).

Works great Sbarn 5 Welder arrived this afternoon, had it up and running in 15 min. Beads on 1/8" steel look good and settings were easy to dial in. Ground clamp is a bit cheap but worked fine on dirty, mill scaled Corten plate. Included regulator is nice and sturdy and large valve knob is nice and easy to set precisely. Stinger and mig gun are well made. I had my own tig torches so didn't buy the tig kit. Arc is very stable but I have a dedicated ac/dc tig for shop work, tig will be used off site rarely but it's nice to have options. IOC is my new go to for supplies and equipment. My LWS is open 9-5 M-F but I'm usually on a job site during that time which makes browsing difficult. Shipping is either free or very cheap from IOC my order was here quickly and in perfect condition. I will be recommending them to other contractors.

Tweco Fabricator 211i Jon B. 5 Bought this a month ago and quite impressed. Had it running off of my generator and welds just as good on 120v power as my buddy's Linciln 180 which is 220v. Also ran the mig on 220v as well and has plenty of power. Virtually no spatter, wets out very nice and smooth. This doesn't produce that "caterpillar" weld that is typical with most welders running on 120v. Haven't tried the stick yet, but I'm sure after witnessing the power this puts out in mig mode, it will be just as impressive. I have been welding for 20+ years and do it for a living. This exactly what I needed for side work. Easily portable and stout performance. Truly couldn't be happier!

Tweco Fabricator 211I Guest 5 My wife bought the welder for me as a early Christmas present. I have been looking at it for some time. I have many larger welders. Mig and tig stand alone units. I own a fabrication and engineering business for race vehicle fabrication. This was to be a unit used for more probability then the other units. Meaning we use it for home, or it comes to races for pit repairs and so on. So far I absolutely love this welder. Sucks the contact tips are the industry standard. So order extras. But the gun feels good and performs great. The welder is super stable when ran from a generator. On both 110vac or 220vac. Can't say enough good things about this unit. Smooth stable and ease of adjustments are all great. The fact it can fit a full size 44lbs roll of wire is great too. But it's too big for most of the harbor freight carts. This welder will be getting a lot of use in our garage as we put together our next tube chassis prerunner and our family tube chassis crawler. We used it this past weekend at the inlaws place in Long Beach ca to weld up a sliding gate and mounts for the motor. Again. Love this welder. Can't say enough good about it. I'd choose this one over the Lincoln multiprocess welder any day. Haven't used th tig feature but the arc and mig are great. Once my foot control comes in I'll be testing out the tig set up on our projects.

211i - AMAZING! Ben G. 5 Fantastic little machine! Very impressed with the smooth arc characteristics. Lots more power than you would imagine. It will even get into spray transfer on 220 with 98/02. I'm a professional weldor and have extensive time on machines many times more powerful, but I must say, there isn't much this machine won't do short of welding bridges to other bridges. Infinite settings are great and very precise. I would recommend this machine to anyone from a first timer looking for a machine they can grow into, to a pro looking to supplement their shop of home with serious capability.
